Account Cancellation Agreement

This agreement explains the conditions, process, and consequences of cancelling your account on AmberVouch. Cancellation is an irreversible operation; please be fully aware of the implications before proceeding.

I. Definition of Cancellation

Account cancellation means you voluntarily terminate your service relationship with the platform. Upon your application, the platform deletes or anonymizes the personal information and associated data related to the account, and revokes the account's access to the platform's services.

II. Cancellation Conditions

To apply for account cancellation, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. The account is in a secure state, with no account theft, ban, or security risk;
2. There are no incomplete transactions, unsettled fees, or pending settlement proceeds under the account;
3. The account is not involved in any ongoing infringement complaint, dispute, litigation, or administrative investigation;
4. There are no other circumstances under laws, regulations, or platform rules under which cancellation is prohibited.

III. Cancellation Process

1. You submit a cancellation request through the in-site "Account Settings — Cancel Account" entry (to be provided once the site officially launches) or by contacting service@ambervouch.com;
2. The platform verifies your identity and the cancellation conditions set out above;
3. Upon passing verification, a cooling-off period (no less than 7 days) applies, during which you may withdraw the cancellation;
4. Once the cooling-off period expires without withdrawal, the account is formally cancelled, and the related data is handled in accordance with Sections IV and V of this agreement.

IV. Consequences of Cancellation

1. The account and login rights become invalid immediately, and you may no longer use the platform's services with that account;
2. Your personal profile, preference settings, and the like under the account will be deleted or anonymized;
3. Paid service rights and interests you have purchased or activated (if any) will terminate with the account cancellation; refunds of amounts already paid are handled in accordance with the Refund and After-sales Rules (proportionate refund for unperformed portions). Where this agreement conflicts with the Refund and After-sales Rules, the Refund and After-sales Rules shall prevail;
4. Cancellation does not affect the rights and obligations that arose prior to cancellation, nor the records that laws and regulations require to be retained.

V. Exceptions and Retention

1. Where the account involves unsettled transactions, ongoing disputes, or statutory obligations, the platform may suspend or refuse cancellation until the relevant matters are resolved;
2. Information that must be retained under the Cybersecurity Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, and other provisions will continue to be stored by the platform for the statutory minimum period;
3. Evidence already anchored on-chain cannot be deleted due to the immutability of blockchain technology. After cancellation, the platform will disassociate such evidence from your account and anonymize it, no longer displaying your identity, but the on-chain data itself is retained per the technical characteristics.
4. Evidence or rights-confirmation information that you publicly published under the platform rules and that others have relied upon may be retained by the platform in desensitized form to the extent necessary to satisfy verification and public-disclosure needs.

VI. User Responsibilities

6.1 You are responsible for the authenticity of the cancellation request operation. Losses caused by improper account custody or cancellation by an impersonator shall be borne by you.

6.2 Cancellation does not affect liability for breach arising from your use of the services prior to cancellation; the platform reserves the right to pursue such liability under the relevant terms.
